I spent a recent weekend visiting my friends at Fire. Having never had the pleasure of experiencing their increasingly famous Sunday Brunch and nothing short of a flowing Champagne river, I documented the day of festivities from the morning prep, the organized chaos of the rush to the final "after-glow".

The pictures are real time as the food was carefully prepared and served by true quirky professionals. By the end of the day not only am I amazed at the precision of movement and time management but the fun that the Fire crew has while doing it.
