Fire is an exciting restaurant in Grayton Beach that features a clean, fresh approach to food and wine.  We offer a lunch and dinner menu ripe with fresh vegatables, succulant seafood and meltingly tender meat.  Our menu changes twice a year for Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter with a supplemental selection from our Farmer's Market Menu.

$10.00 per person

Join us for this CASUAL and informative evening.  Four wines will be featured each night, accompanied by select cheeses.

Spring Grilling

Executive Chef Carl Schaubhut's  will be instructing a class on Spring Grilling, Tuesday, April 15 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Kitchenique in Destin.  Topics will include,Grilled Tomato, Shrimp, and Sweet Corn Salsa with Flour Tortilla Cups.  Grilled Romaine Chopped Salad with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Honey Dew Melon and Blue Cheese Vinagrette and Grilled Croutons.  Petit Grilled Tuna "Burgers" with Pineapple-Poblano Relish and Shaved Napa Cabbage Slaw.
